1. The Service

Revi is a reputation intelligence platform that helps UAE businesses collect, monitor and respond to online reviews, intercept negative feedback privately, invite guests to leave public reviews, benchmark against competitors, track goals, and understand the revenue impact of their reputation in AED. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

Revi currently integrates with Google Business Profile. Additional platforms may be added over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must have authority to connect any business profile or third-party account you link to Revi. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Revi offers two paid plans:

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: violating any law or third-party platform's terms; posting unlawful, false or misleading content; attempting to generate fake or incentivised reviews; interfering with the Service's security or operation; scraping or reverse-engineering any part of the Service; or reselling the Service without authorisation.

5. Reviews, content and AI assistance

Revi helps you draft responses to reviews using AI. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is published. AI-generated suggestions may contain errors and should be checked for accuracy and appropriateness. You retain responsibility for all content you publish through the Service.

You must use the review-request and invitation tools in compliance with the policies of the platforms you use, including Google. You must never use Revi to fabricate, purchase, or otherwise manipulate reviews.

6. Guest Care Portal and QR codes

The Guest Care Portal allows guests to submit feedback privately. Negative feedback is routed to the business for service recovery; all guests are offered the opportunity to share their experience publicly on Google, regardless of their rating. This approach is fully compliant with Google's review policies — Revi does not gate, filter or suppress the Google review option based on star rating.

As the business operating the portal, you are responsible for how you use and respond to guest feedback data. You must not use guest contact details collected through the portal for unsolicited communications outside of service-recovery follow-up, unless you have obtained explicit consent under the guest newsletter feature.

7. Guest newsletter feature

Where enabled, the optional newsletter feature allows guests to opt in to email communications from your business via the Guest Care Portal. Consent must be freely given and specific; pre-ticked boxes are not permitted. You are responsible for ensuring all email communications sent to your contact list comply with applicable law, including the UAE PDPL. Revi processes this data on your behalf as a data processor; you are the data controller. Contact list sends are subject to the fair-use limits set out in your plan.

8. Third-party platforms

The Service connects with third-party platforms such as Google. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms, including changes to Google's API access policies.

9. Intellectual property

Revi and its software, design, content, Revi Score™ methodology, and Revenue Intelligence methodology are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service while your subscription is active. You retain ownership of your business content and data.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, ratings, or revenue outcomes. Metrics such as the Revi Score™, Reputation Revenue Intelligence, and goal-tracking projections are estimates based on industry benchmarks and your data, provided for guidance only and should not be relied upon as financial advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revi will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting hello@revi.ae. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. Contact
